Tenant Information

As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:

Permitted Payments

  • Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent to be credited to first months rent
  • Deposit: Five weeks’ rent

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent):

  • Payment of up to £50.00 inc VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement

Company Let – Administration of £360.00 Incl VAT.

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent from 14 days arrears calculated on the interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate on the late payment of rent for each day that the payment is outstanding.

  • During the tenancy (payable to the provider)
  • Utilities – gas, electricity, water, Sewerage
  • Communications – telephone and broadband
  • Installation of cable/satellite
  • Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
  • Television licence
  • Council Tax
  • Other permitted payments
  • Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.

Your use of any of our services includes and you accept without reservation the ability for you and us to enter into agreements and or to make transactions electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submission for membership and purchase orders constitutes your agreement to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and transactions. Your agreement to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records relating to all transactions entered into on this site, including notices of cancellation, policies, contract, and application. In order to access and retain your electronic records, you may be required to have certain hardware and software, which are your sole responsibility.
