1. St James Lettings Ltd, known within this text as ‘The Company’ and ‘St James Lettings Ltd’

2. The referral fee is £100 to be paid in cash via electronic bank transfer or voucher equivalent. If granted to be paid in cash, the fee will be transferred to the nominated bank account of the referrer. If voucher equivalent is chosen, they will be at the choosing of St James Lettings Ltd and will be available for collection at our office. Any fee will only be paid on successful completion of the initial let of each new property. There is no other substitute. The payee is solely responsible for declaring the payment to HMRC and paying any applicable National Insurance and Income Tax that may be due. Only one referral fee is paid out per property.

3. The referral must be registered with St James Lettings Ltd via email or return of attached referral form, providing name and address of referrer as well as details of the property and the Landlord. These details should be sent to referrals@stjameslettings.co.uk. The Company accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information being provided leading to refusal to pay referral fee. Where more than one person should make claim to a fee, the fee will be paid on a first come, first served basis to whoever had provided the full and complete details first. St James Lettings Ltd accept no liability for non-received emails due to electronic fault or malfunction

4. The Management’s decision is final.

5. The referrer must seek and be granted the specific permission of any Landlord to pass on contact details, St James Lettings will contact them and offer a free market appraisal before taking on any new instruction.

6. St James Lettings Ltd reserve the right to alter or withdraw this promotional scheme at any time without prior notice.
